In order to broaden the institute students' professional vision and open up a new way for nursing students to learn advanced nursing concepts and technologies from abroad, Guo Xueling, Secretary General of the institute Council, led a group of 4 people, including Zhang Ping, deputy director of the Health and Nursing  Department, accompanied by He Yexiang, general manager of the institute's cooperative enterprise, Heilongjiang Xiangye international economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd., went to Japan for development Learning and communication activities in January 15-19.

On January 16, Secretary General Guo Xueling and her delegation listened to the general introduction of Aino hospital, Aino welfare society and Aino university , and visited the wards and rehabilitation rooms of Aino hospital, the elderly apartments and facilities of Aino welfare society, and the training rooms, classrooms and libraries of Aino University. In the meantime, Secretary General Guo Xueling and her delegation introduced the basic situation, advanced ideas and practices of our institute, focused on the training of nursing students, and reached an intention of further communication and cooperation with the three units.
