From December 16 to 17, the Forum of 2019 Annual Meeting of Applied Curriculum Construction Alliance was held in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. The Vice President of the alliance, Professor Yongan Cao, President of college attended the Forum. The experts in the field of curriculum reform, Dayuan Jiang, Wenjin Wang, and representatives of more than 100 League member colleges from all over the country attended the meeting.

At the forum, Professor Yongan Cao, the executive vice president of the alliance, reviewed a series of activities carried out in the past five years since the founding of the alliance, he elaborated the purpose and position of the alliance, hoped to build a platform for promoting curriculum reform and serving teachers and students.

At the expert forum, Professor Yongan Cao made a keynote report on the curriculum reform based on the integration of industry and education, he interpreted the spirit of the document about the opinions of the Ministry of education on deepening the reform of undergraduate education and comprehensively improving the quality of personnel training and the Implementation opinions of the Ministry of education on the construction of first-class undergraduate courses. He elaborated from four aspects: curriculum orientation, curriculum design, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation. He said that curriculum is the core element of talent training. He explained the concept of “The working of teaching task and the course of working task” from the perspectives of “integration of production and education” and “dual education”. Based on the practice of curriculum reform and the starting point of professional standards, professor Cao also made a simple explanation on the formulation of talent training program. At the forum, professor Cao issued certificates to the representatives of the executive director units, the representatives of the director units and the winners of the 2019 alliance curriculum reform innovation.

After the forum, Professor Cao was invited to give a special lecture for the course seminar that was sponsored by the college planning, construction and development center of the Ministry of Education.
