On the afternoon of September 20, in order to strengthen scientific and technological services and to promote international scientific and technological cooperation, The Seminar on Joint Education between Qiqihar Universities, Qiu Ming University of technology and other Russian Universities in the Far East was held in the 603 conference center of Qiqihar Engineering Institute.

At the conference, the Dean, Cao Ranbin said in his speech: on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia, Russian universities are welcomed to come and to discuss the international exchanges and cooperation, as well as carry out further communication and cooperation with Qiqihar relevant universities. Director Na Junzhe said: strengthening international exchange and cooperation is an important part of the strategy of science and education and strengthening the country through human resources. It is also an important measure to promote the further development of education and an important way to promote the modernization of education. Song tiequn, deputy director, introduced the feasibility of cooperative education with Russian universities, and pointed out that cooperative education requires the joint efforts of both China and Russia. We shoud understand each other and cooperate well with the goal of training compound talents who are practical, professional and understand foreign languages. Two experts from Russia's Qiuming University of technology spoke highly of the establishment of pension institutions and the training of nursing staff in Qiqihar Institute Engineering, and expressed their hope to further strengthen the in-depth cooperation with universities in our city.
At the end of the conference, director, Na junzhe, deputy director, Song tiequn and the dean, Cao ranbin jointly inaugurated the Qiqihar international science and technology cooperation center. Director Na junzhe pointed out that the purpose of establishing Qiqihar international science and technology cooperation center is to create a platform for cooperation and exchange, to further promote the international exchange in science and technology innovation, study abroad cooperation and other aspects of Qiqihar Universities, and to realize science and technology cooperation and resource sharing.
