According to the current epidemic prevention and control and the orders from the superior, the Student Development Center (SDC) has made “A 2020’s Graduates Employment Service Work Plan during Epidemic Prevention and Control in QIE”. The measures are listed as following.
Online management. SDC has sent a letter to the graduates in 2020, reminding them of focusing on the online recruitment during epidemic prevention and control. In addition, SDC has provided the career guidance for this year’s graduates. SDC will post some detailed instructions and provide a series of “online” service, such as checking the certificates, handling the employment procedures and other advisory service.
Online recruitment. During the epidemic prevention and control, the institute has canceled all the offline campus recruitment activities and encouraged all the employers to post their recruitment ads on our online platforms in order to establish a green online channel for the graduates. Within a month, SDC has pushed about 100 recruitment information through Employment Working Group of QIE, Employment Service Network of QIE and the Employment Information Network of EDOHP.
Online checking. If they need some certificates after communicating with the employers, this year’s graduates can fill in the information on the Employment Service Network of QIE through Smart Campus. After careful checking, SDC will print the four copies of agreements and stamp them. At last, SDC will provide free mailing service. In this way, we can guarantee graduates’ accurate employment.
Considerate Service. When providing the career guidance and employment procedures, SDC, as well as all the departments, has been guaranteeing employment information disclosure to the graduates. They all help the graduates with active attitude and correct view of employment, try to solve their mental problems and practical difficulties. With these efforts, the graduates’ employment service work has been strengthened under the circumstances of the epidemic prevention and control.
