In order to resolutely win the epidemic prevention and control of the people's war, total war, resistance war, actively respond to the call of the Party Central Committee to the majority of party members, in accordance with the relevant notice spirit of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Provincial Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee, the College Party Committee issued the party members to donated to support new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention and control work voluntarily on Feb. 27th. Leading cadres from college-level party members took the lead in giving donations, and teachers and students responded positively. They supported the epidemic prevention and control work with practical actions. They have effectively played the role of pioneers and exemplary party members, and fully promoted the traditional virtue of “difficult in one side and support in all directions”.

This donation activity not only expressed the firm support of party members, teachers and students for the epidemic prevention and control work, but also demonstrated the firm determination of everyone to overcome the epidemic. After the College Party Committee collects voluntary donations on behalf of party members, it will be turned over to the municipal organization department in full. The donation is mainly used to condolences to the medical staff, grass-roots cadres, public security police and community workers fighting on the front line of the epidemic prevention and control. At the same time, it will also support the families of those who have suffered from new crown pneumonia and the families of those who have died of new crown pneumonia, and condolences to the families of cadres and the masses who died during the epidemic prevention and control struggle.

Before this donation, 13 party members of the Institute had donated to other organizations, such as Chinese Red Cross, Hubei Charity Federation, Wuhan Charity Federation, Longsha District and Jianhua District Red Cross in other ways. They gave a helping hand and dedicated their love to the work of epidemic prevention and control.
